What we collect
When you send the booking or contact form we receive your name, phone number, e-mail address, the service and time you asked for, the address you type, and any notes you add. We also record the page you arrived from and basic technical data such as your IP address, so we can tell which advertising brought you here and keep the form safe from spam.
Why we use it
- To call or write you back and confirm the appointment.
- To schedule the crew and prepare the right products for your home.
- To measure which advertising campaigns bring real clients.
- To keep records required for accounting and insurance.
Who sees it
Only our team, and the services that make this site work: our e-mail provider, our hosting company, and the advertising platforms that report conversions (Google and Meta). We do not sell your data and we do not share it with other cleaning companies or lead brokers.
Cookies and measurement
The site uses a session cookie so the form works, and — when active — Google and Meta tags that record whether a visit turned into a booking. You can block these in your browser settings without losing access to any part of the site.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept while you remain a client and for seven years afterwards, as required for tax and insurance purposes. You can ask us to delete anything not required by law.
Your choices
Write to contact@bellaartcleaning.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving messages from us. We answer within five business days.
